Turn every phone call into a lead

Stages, follow-up tasks and your CRM, so no call ends without a next step.

The short answerEvery call should end in one of three places: a booking, a follow-up task, or a clear no. Give each caller a stage, create the follow-up task while the call is fresh, and send it all to the system you already use.

Use simple stages

StageMeans
NewOn your list, not spoken to yet
ContactedSpoken to, nothing decided
InterestedKeen on the next step
BookedA time is set
WonThey’re a customer
LostNot now, or asked not to be called

A call only moves a lead forward, or to lost. A later “just looking” call shouldn’t drag an interested lead back to contacted.

Make the task during the call

The follow-up you write while you remember the call is the one that happens. A call back gets “Call Mere back” on the next business day; an interested lead gets “Follow up with Mere”. Ora does this automatically after every call, and never makes the same task twice.

Send it where you work

  • Zapier or Make: catch Ora’s webhook and create or update the contact in HubSpot, Pipedrive, a Google Sheet or anything else.
  • JENA: NOVA’s AI employees can pick up the lead and draft the follow-up email for you to approve.
  • Your own system: an API and signed webhooks for every new lead and task.

Match people by phone number, so a second call updates the same contact instead of adding a new one.

Questions

How do I stop calls falling through the cracks?

Give every caller a stage and create the follow-up task during or straight after the call. Ora does both automatically.

Can Ora send leads to my CRM?

Yes, through Zapier, Make, JENA, or our API and signed webhooks.

Will a second call create a duplicate lead?

No. Ora finds the lead by phone number and updates it.
